Process of Admission

For the admission in any class, a 'Registration Form' is to be obtained from the Account Office at the cash payment and the form completed in all respects, should be submitted for getting final admission. Submission of registration form does not mean the confirmation of admission. An admission is only confirmed when the candidate passes through the whole admission process as written test, interview and deposition of fees. The school authorities reserve all rights to reject any candidate's admission at any stage without citing any reason.

Admission for Nursery Classes

For Nursery classes, the child must have attained an age of 3.5 years as on March 31st. For age proof a certificate from District Govt. Hospital, reputed nursing home or a certificate from M.C.B. will be accepted. After registration, the child must have to appear for the written test or interview. If the child clears all these steps, its admission will be granted by the Principal. Once the admission is granted, the fees must be deposited within two days, failing which the admission may be cancelled and the seat may be given to the next candidate. No admission is confirmed until the first installment of the fee is deposited. Fees, once deposited will not be refunded in any case.

Admission for Class One Onwards

After obtaining the Registration Form, the filled in registration form is to be submitted with required documents. i.e. Mark sheet / Age proof / Transfer Certificate and character certificate after the submission of form, date for the entrance test will be given. If the child clears the examination, he/she will be called for the interview. If selected in the interview his/her name will appear in merit list. During this process, the Principal reserves all rights to cancel/reject any candidate's candidature, without citing any reason. No admission is confirmed until fees are deposited.
